Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Flo enables you to:

• Fill out and manage backflow test reports
• Store and retrieve test data from our database
• Automate submission of reports to third-party platforms (e.g., BSI, Vepo, Tokay) using secure automation
• Track real-time progress and statuses of your submissions

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without notice or liability.

You may provide platform login credentials to enable automated submissions. These credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only use them for the intended automation purposes and do not share them with third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Flo complies with any applicable terms of the third-party platforms you integrate with.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Service
• Attempt to access the accounts or data of other users
• Upload or transmit any malicious code
• Abuse or disrupt the Service infrastructure

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account.

All content and software provided through the Service are owned by Hardin & Associates Consulting or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal or business backflow compliance purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardin & Associates Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including automation errors or submission failures.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that submissions to third-party platforms will always be successful or uninterrupted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hardin & Associates Consulting and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
